  • Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce planning strategy in line with business objectives and operational needs
  • Workforce forecasting, analysis and resource allocation
  • Building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with recruitment partners
  • Managing time and attendance
  • Working in partnership with the management team and stakeholders to identify and provide solutions for their department needs
  • Data driven approach in terms of regular reporting and generating / monitoring Key Performance Indicators
  • Management of a small team
